A Sell To Rent Back Option might be useful in some situations

By choosing a sale and rent back agreement you are able to sell your house and rent it back with a regulated and authorised company and of course this means that you can remain in the property.

You could sell-to-rent-back if you were going through a divorce and you needed to sell the property to split the proceeds between partners.
