Rent Back With Buy Back Options

In addition to the arrangement of renting back, you will also be offered the ability to buy back the property anytime during your initial 5 years tenancy. Buy back options are ideal if you are experiencing short-term difficulties and don't want to lose the property.

With the buy back option you benefit from any capital growth to your property that took place while you were renting. You can be given back 25% of any return on capital appreciation the property had, hence reducing the price you are purchasing the property back for.
