Advantages of A Sell House Rent Back Procedure

When a person comes to us to sell and rent back property that they own, they are transferring ownership of that property to us then rent the property back at a rate that is pre-arranged. The property rent back deal can be a suitable option but not in all cases. If you enter into a sale and rent back agreement you are unlikely to get the market value of your home and, as a tenant, may only be able to remain there for a limited period.
