One advantage to selling with us is that there are no fees to pay for such as estate agents and solicitors and of course you would not have to move out of the property as you could pay monthly affordable rent to remain as a tenant.

The downside is that there is no lifetime guarantee of you being able to remain in the property and a sales and rent back agreement does not come with 100% of the full value of your home.
