Stop house repossession with a sell and rent back option
If you are having difficulties paying your mortgage or are already in mortgage arrears then you may be able to stop house repossession by choosing to sell your home with a company offering a sale and rent back agreement.
You would be able to find out if this was a viable option open to you once you have weighed up all the pros and cons of the sale and rent back agreement. You would get an idea of the cash sum the company would offer, usually around 70% of the value of the property and then you could arrange for them to come and value your home.
You should of course consider all options open to you as a sale and rent back agreement may not be the most option. Weigh up the good and bad points before choosing to enter into an agreement and make sure you understand what you are signing.
