If you have an eviction date then selling quickly would be the only way that you might avoid the eviction order. If you take a sale and rent back agreement you would be able to remain in the home by paying rent but there is a fixed period of rental term with no lifetime guarantee.

The company should be able to work with you to show you how to stop repossession orders until the sale goes through. Companies who offer a sale and rent back agreement typically do not offer 100% of the full value of the property.
