Mortgage repossessions are the nightmare of every homeowner yet each year thousands are evicted from their homes after falling behind on their mortgage. If you get into mortgage arrears that you cannot pay back the lender will take you to court and seek repossession. If the judge rules with the lender you would be given a date for eviction and have to leave on or before this date.

One way I could avoid eviction would be if I could sell my house fast. If I wanted to make a quick sale and still remain in the property then one option open to me would be to sell and rent back. A company would pay cash for the home and then offer me the chance to remain in it by paying monthly affordable rent.
