If I were facing arrears with my mortgage then I could get a property sale for a cash sum which may allow me to be able to pay off the mortgage and arrears. This may stop the lender from taking me to court and taking my home. I could take this option with a specialist provider who would provide me with the opportunity of a sell and rent back agreement. This means I would be able to stay on in the property for a fixed time.

I would be able pay rent that may be more affordable but I would have to consider the fact that I may not get the full asking price for the property. Getting cash for my house by taking a sell and back agreement is of course just one of the many options I would look into.

If I wanted to take this option I could fill in an online form and then weigh up if this was the opportunity for me to sell or whether I would have to turn to other means.
