If I were facing arrears with my mortgage then I could get a quick sale for a cash sum which would allow me to be able to pay off the mortgage and arrears. This would mean the lender could not take me to court and they would not be able to repossess my home. I could take this option with a specialist provider who would provide me with the opportunity to sell and the take a rent back option. This means that although I sell I would not have move out of the property.

I would be able pay rent that was affordable and I would also be given the option of being able to buy it back at a future day if and when my finances were straightened. Getting cash for my house and selling quickly would only be possible with a rent back if I also wanted the opportunity of being able to remain in the home.
