After being threatened with repossession by my lender I decided to look into a sale and rent back agreement. I found a regulated UK company who offering a sale and rent back agreement who would buy my home and rent it back . Of course the agreement came with a fixed rental period and I was aware that I would not be able to rent back for lifetime.

This gave me breathing space so that I could sort out my finances yet still remain in the property and of course a huge weight was shifted from my shoulders as I could not bear the thought of losing my home and having to move out through repossession.

The company made sure that I knew what was happening at all times. They even helped me when it came to taking with the lender and getting the repossession order stopped to allow the sale to go through.

Before you go ahead and take a sale and rent back agreement you may wish to consider all of your options as this may not be the most suitable. If you choose to enter into an agreement ensure the company you choose is regulated.
