How Property Rent Back Solutions Work
We are not an estate agency. We buy your property direct from you and rent it back to you. You will deal directly with us. We are a group of investors, spread across the UK, looking to provide a property rent back solution to whoever needs it. You will deal with the relevant consultant (typically local to you) when you contact us. Your consultant will endeavour to answer all your questions, provide a free valuation, make you a no obligation offer and describe in more details all steps involved.
It is important to realise that we don't provide lifetime guaranteed rent back periods. The length of time you can rent back the property for should be discussed and agreed on with your consultant. We are wholly in the business of renting properties for the long term but due to factors outside our control we can not usually provide a legal guarantee to reflect this intention. It is, however, in our best interest that you stay in the property for as long as possible.
We are a private company specialising in solving our clients' needs for selling and renting back with customised solutions that work best for them. We are committed and honest in giving you un-biased advice.
Here is briefly how we work to help achieve a property rent back solution quickly:
- You contact us by telephone or by sending us brief details via the Enquiry Form.
- We will then discuss on the phone your situation and the various options available for us to help you. We will be able to advise you on how our rent back package works. We will also be able to advise you on what to do to stop a repossession or eviction orders that you might be facing. If we can help, we will research your situation and property details and call you back with a verbal offer.
- If you decide to accept our verbal offer, we then meet with you soon afterwards to view the property and present you with a written offer. The offer we make is without cost or obligation - we do not charge for surveys or ask for any handling fees!
- Once you have decided to sell and rent back to us, we will handle all the paperwork. The sale usually takes about 3 - 4 weeks (or shorter if necessary) to complete. On completion day you simply carry on staying in the property!
